Human Rights for the Disabled in Uganda

Uganda has adopted a Human Rights approach to tackling the problems of persons with disabilities (PWDs) (see The Right to Education in Uganda) . Is this approach working? These are the views of NUDIPU (Nation Union of Disabled Person in Uganda).
