This little girl is defined by her disability:
Children with disabilities in Uganda remain the most vulnerable. Labeled a curse they are 5 times more likely to be victims of abuse and few receive only a basic education. One girl, who herself has down syndrome. Is inspiring a movement to prove disability is not inability.
