Uganda: Poverty Eradication

A 2013 UN report by a panel of experts states that world leaders must show a commitment to end extreme poverty by 2030. The recommendations of the report that have been presented to UN secretary General Ban Ki Moon include ensuring food security to empower girls and women as well as providing education. In Uganda poverty experts say that while the country's economy is seeing growth, only a few people are benefiting. CCTV's Isabel Nakirya has this story from Uganda.
