Inclusion of Persons With Disabilities

This video examines the reasons persons with disabilities are excluded from community life because they are not able to access buildings. The poster has written:
In Uganda, people with disabilities have worked tirelessly to make public premises and institutions accessible to them. In Kampala, a city with hardly any side-walks, and narrow streets where motor-vehicle traffic competes for space with pedestrians, getting around for someone on a wheelchair, or even using crutches can be difficult. Commercial buildings and other public spaces remain inaccessible to people with disabilities. But some progress has been made through persistent advocacy.
