The Story of Uganda's First Physiotherapist

Ruth Nightingale Kalinda wanted to train to be a doctor at Oxford University. She was turned down for training. She eventually trained at Oxford to become Uganda's first physiotherapist. NTV Uganda says:
The saying that Disability is not Inability may be a cliche but that perhaps best describes the life of 77-year old Ruth Nightingale Kalinda. Kalinda was crippled by polio before she could celebrate her 1st birthday but slowly worked her way into becoming the first physiotherapist in Uganda.
