The experience of Bipolar Disorder in Uganda

This is the story of Angela Nsimbi who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2009, see this article about her: Uganda: One Journalist's Brave Battle Against Bipolar Disorder:
"[Getting better] starts from home," Nsimbi says. If a mentally-ill person is hidden away during family events and they are treated badly, their mental health deteriorates.
NBS TV uganda describes this video:
Mental illness is one of the most misunderstood illnesses. Now these range from bipolar disorders to depression and often go by unnoticed until something goes very wrong. Tonight we share one woman’s story of five years living with bipolar defective disorder. This is Angella Kamugasa Nsimbi’s story.
