Uganda: Round Table Polio Clinic, 1968
I found this archive film footage from Argentina that might be of interest. Dr. Wilson says there are 90,000 people are "crippled" by polio in Uganda and that polio "cripples" of 2-3,000 people per year. A translation of the poster's comments says:
